The White Sands Resort And Spa Point Pleasant Beach, Point Pleasant Beach

We had a wonderful stay during the 4th of July weekend. The hotel offers a great balance of a quieter area while still being close to the boardwalk and fantastic restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. However, we encountered some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance which prevented it from being a perfect experience.

During my stay at the hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities, which made for a comfortable experience. However, there were significant issues regarding service, particularly with the check-in process and room cleanliness. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, but I was disappointed with the dining options, especially the breakfast, which lacked variety. Overall, it's a decent place but definitely needs improvement in specific areas.

My family and I had a mixed experience during our stay. The beach access was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. However, the room we started in was outdated and not as clean as I would have hoped. While the staff at the front desk were initially helpful, my interaction with one employee left something to be desired. Overall, the amenities were decent, but I expected a bit more for the price we paid.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff, especially Andrea, went out of their way to help us after a rough start, the room we initially received was not acceptable for our family. The amenities like pools were nice, but some areas of the hotel clearly need updating, especially on the motel side. If we return, we’ll definitely book directly next time for a better experience.
